Growth Marketing
Audit, funnel, acquisition and conversion as a single system. Not isolated campaigns.
Service
What a growth marketing consultancy includes
A growth marketing consultancy analyzes your business’s entire growth system — from how you reach new customers to how you convert and retain them — and pinpoints exactly where opportunities are being left on the table.
- Growth audit: a diagnosis of the current state of the funnel, channels, and key metrics
- Funnel optimization: reducing friction at every stage of the customer journey
- Acquisition strategy: defining channels and messaging to attract the right customer
- Conversion improvement (CRO): increasing the percentage of visits that turn into leads or sales
- Analytics and measurement: setting up metrics that actually measure what matters to the business
Process
My methodology — the 5 phases of growth
There’s no single growth marketing system that works for every business. That’s why I work through a 5-phase process that I adapt to each company’s real situation before executing anything.
- 01Audit and analysisUnderstanding the real starting point: what’s working, what’s holding growth back, and where the biggest opportunities are.
- 02Goal definition and strategySetting what will be measured and the most direct path to growth given the resources available.
- 03Technical implementationRolling out the systems: tracking, tools, automations, and the integrations needed.
- 04Optimization and automationIterating on what works, cutting what doesn’t, and automating repeatable processes.
- 05Scaling and growthAmplifying the channels and strategies that have proven results, to grow predictably.
Clients
What kind of companies do I work with?
I work with companies that have a genuine intent to grow: ecommerce brands looking to scale sales, B2B businesses that need more qualified leads, clinics, SaaS companies, and professionals who want to build a predictable acquisition system.
There’s no minimum size requirement, but there is an attitude requirement: growth marketing demands data, iteration, and decisions based on metrics. It works well with companies that already have a validated product or service and want to accelerate. I work remotely with companies across Spain and Europe.
Decision
Independent consultant vs. agency — what you actually need
The main difference isn’t price — it’s the level of attention and strategic involvement you’ll get. With an independent consultant, you speak directly with the person doing the work. With an agency, you often speak to an account manager while a different team executes.
An independent consultant makes sense when:
- You need a holistic strategic view, not just isolated campaign execution
- You want direct access to the expert, with no intermediaries or account turnover
- Your company doesn’t need an 8-person team — it needs judgment and coordinated execution
- You want cost aligned with the actual scope of your project
An agency makes more sense when:
- You need large-scale content production, design, or development
- Your strategy is already defined and you just need operational execution
- Your budget allows for retainers of €2,000–10,000/month
